Spring 2016 ODP U12 Development Program
The Vermont ODP U12 Select Development Program is dedicated entirely to individual player development. The coaching philosophy is player-centered with clear, concise, and honest feedback. ODP provides an efficient developmental training environment where players have the opportunity to excel. The primary focus is to provide training that will improve each players technical ability and understanding of small group tactics. Goalkeepers will receive field skill training, team training, and limited individual training.
Players born in 2004 and 2005 with a strong soccer background looking for a unique training environment to supplement or enhance their club team experience.
