U12 Boys Development Program
U12 Boys Training Program
The Vermont ODP announces a new U11/U12 ODP Select Development Program that is dedicated entirely to individual player development. The coaching philosophy is player-centered with clear, concise and honest feedback. ODP provides an efficient developmental training environment where players have the opportunity to excel.
The primary focus is to provide training that will improve each player’s technical ability and understanding of small group tactics. Goalkeepers will receive field skill training, team training, and limited individual training
Selection
Players born in 2001 and 2002 with a strong soccer background looking for a unique training environment to supplement or enhance their club team experience.

Fee
$500 includes 6 training sessions, training kit, professional coaching, field rental, U12 Festival and the Region I U12 Camp.
Tryouts
Open tryouts will be held March 9, 2013. Players may attend tryouts at either location.
8:15-9:30 AM at the Field House in Shelburne
2:00-3:30 PM at the Giorgetti Arena in Rutland
Registration for tryouts can be completed online before 5 pm on Thursday, March 7th or onsite on the day of tryouts. The fee for online registration is $15 and can be completed by clicking here. The fee for onsite registration is $20. Please make checks payable to VSA.
Please bring a properly inflated size 4 soccer ball and water to tryouts. Flats or cleats may be worn at either of the tryout locations.
