ODP Fees, Forms and Registration

Vermont ODP is a 100% self-funded, non-profit program. The anticipated cost breakdown provided below may vary as fees are dependent on what facilities charge us to rent indoor and outdoor training space, and what East Region charges us to send players to the tournament. Families who have players attending Identification Camp will pay East Region directly at the time of camp registration. The 2020 East Region Identification Camp Fee is $600.

ODP Tryout - $35 (Required of all participants). This fee must be paid in full prior to participation in ODP tryouts and can be paid by cash, check (payable to Vermont Soccer Association) or credit card (online in advance only). Training Fee - $(TDB) (This fee includes all indoor/outdoor trainings, coaches' fees, and facility fees)

ODP Tournament Fee - (Required of players selected to participate in the East Region ODP Championship Tournament. This fee includes tournament fees, coach's room/board and contractual expenses. This fee does not cover player expenses. Hotel, meal and travel costs are the player's responsibility.)

Refunds:
If a player is selected to and accepts this program, the Training Fee is not refundable. If a player decides to leave the program once they have accepted, any unpaid fees are still the responsibility of the player's family. If a player commits to any scheduled event and/or ODP tournament, then declines to participate, the player is responsible for the event fee. If the player is unable to continue in the ODP program or event because of injury, the player may be refunded for that event, given that a doctors note is provided. Refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis. Consideration for a refund of Identification Camp Fees must be directed to East Region Administration.

TRYOUT REGISTRATION:

Players born in 2003 through 2010...
Can register online here.The registration fee is $35 payable to Vermont Soccer Association. If you are paying by check please include the player's name and year of birth on the check. Online registration is available until Thursday, October 31, 2019. The online registration form will be taken offline at noon each Thursday before a tryout weekend and will be reactivated the following Monday to ensure we have all electronic information with us at the fields.
