The Vermont Soccer Association (VSA) has finalized the hiring of its Director of Operations role within the state office. After a national search, VSA Executive Director Andrew Minnis officially announced Lori Levinson as the new VSA Director of Operations.
Levinson comes to VSA from Long Island SC, where she oversaw club operations, registration, management and support across all club levels including MLS Next, GA, NAL, EDP and other various events for the club.
“Lori brings a great level of experience, professionalism and knowledge to the state office,” said Minnis of the hiring. “We are excited to continue to raise our standard from an office level, as well as the support we are able to provide our membership going forward.”
Levinson has over 15 years of experience and will help drive all of VSA’s registrations, leagues, events and programs across the state. In addition to the responsibility of the state operations, Levinson will be an integral part of the state staff as it continues to implement more opportunities for clubs, players, coaches and parents across the state.
“Lori is not only an unbelievable professional, but an even better person,” concluded Minnis. “Her commitment aligns directly with our goals of making soccer in our state the most accessible, opportunistic, and the most enjoyable and appropriate experience in every environment. I am thrilled to have her join us, and look forward to the increased growth, accessibility and quality of what VSA has to offer as we move forward.”
