VSA and TeamSnap Announce Collaborative Partnership to Expand Access and Opportunity for Youth Soccer Across Vermont

The Vermont Soccer Association is proud to announce a new collaborative partnership with TeamSnap, the #1 youth sports management platform, designed to strengthen the soccer experience for clubs, coaches, players, and families throughout Vermont while helping remove financial barriers for player development.

As a trusted technology partner, TeamSnap will work with VSA to help member clubs modernize how they manage registration, scheduling, communications, and day-to-day operations. The Vermont Soccer Association through Sporting Vermont reach more than 8,000 players yearly.

Beyond technology, the partnership reflects a shared commitment to growing the game and creating more opportunities for young athletes. TeamSnap will support Vermont Soccer Association’s player development initiatives through Sporting Vermont,the first state-led free high-level initiative of its kind. The partnership will help to reduce financial barriers so more players can access high-quality training and development opportunities regardless of economic circumstances.

“Our mission is to provide every player with the opportunity to develop, compete, and enjoy the game,” said Andrew Minnis, Executive Director of the Vermont Soccer Association. “Partnering with TeamSnap allows us to modernize the experience for our members while investing directly in the future of our players. The Vermont Soccer Association’s Player Development Program, Sporting Vermont, is about creating opportunity, and this collaboration helps ensure that financial barriers don’t stand in the way of a young athlete’s potential.”

TeamSnap has served the youth sports community for more than 15 years, supporting over 19,000 organizations and more than 30 million coaches, parents, and players across more than 100 sports. Through its platform and community partnerships, TeamSnap has invested more than $20 million into youth sports sponsorships, helping organizations grow participation and improve access nationwide.
