The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Vermont State Cup

The Vermont State Cup is Vermont’s Premier Youth Soccer Event!

QUALIFICATIONS: To qualify for this tournament, teams must participate in a qualifying league recognized by Vermont Soccer Association. Sanctioned leagues for the Vermont State Cup are D-1 of the VSL (Vermont Soccer League) and East Region Premier or Champions League. Cost per team is $300.  New in 2019, winners ARE NOT REQUIRED to attend Regionals.  TEAM ENTRY DEADLINE IS February 25, 2019.  Deadline to withdraw from Regionals without penalty is May 5. 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: State rosters, player passes, and medical release forms will be inspected at all matches. For the final weekend only, teams will need to present all Region 1 Championship paperwork which will be posted on VSA website.


VT STATE CUP CHAMPIONS - Advancing to Regionals: The 2019 Champions in U12-U19 divisions will go on to represent Vermont at the US Youth Soccer East Region Championships in Charleston & Barboursville, West Virginia June 27-July 2. East Region fees are $800 for U12 and $1,100 for U13-U19.  


SCHEDULE:  Semi-final matches will be held on May 31, Final Matches will be June 2.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE: A team representative must check the team in at the headquarters tent a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the start of the match. Please refer to the VT State Cup Check-In Procedures for Final Matches for a list of required items and steps.
