Vermont Soccer Association is dedicated to enriching the lives of young athletes across the state through the game of soccer. Our mission is to provide a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters long-term holistic development of youth players both on and off the field. Committed to the principles of Fun, Belonging, and Development, VSA strives to cultivate a lifelong love for soccer while instilling core values to all of our members. Guided by a commitment to accessibility, we aim to make soccer a widely accessible and affordable opportunity for all Vermont youth, regardless of background or ability. Through holistic development, intentional programming and competition, education, and collaborative partnerships, VSA seeks to empower young athletes to reach their full potential on and off the field.

Vermont Soccer Association’s vision is to be a premier state association leading the way for development, opportunity, accessibility, and support for every member of our state, as well as be an influential leader and active participant across the East region, and nationally as well. Through proven practice and process, innovation and sustainability, and through an aligned culture, we strive to lead the way for the current and future soccer players, coaches, parents, and members to reach their fullest potential.

S – Support: VSA is here to support our clubs, players, coaches, parents, and members in all of their needs to allow each member to have the best possibility of success through and with the Vermont Soccer Association.
C – Commitment: VSA is committed to our members, committed to be a premier state association, and committed to ensuring that each member has the backing of the VSA to help drive growth in and through the game of soccer.
O – Opportunity: VSA strives to be an association of opportunity for our members. Providing resources and initiatives that provide further opportunity and accessibility to our clubs, players, coaches, and parents through educational, experiential, and holistic programs, initiatives, and offerings.
R – Resilience: VSA will always be resilient in all we do. When faced with adversity we respond in a manner of professionalism, learning and growth. We strive to take Vermont to new heights and provide more for our members every single day. Our resilient approach serves as a mindset and culture that we strive to create to best support everyone involved and a part of Vermont Soccer Association.
E – Efficiency: VSA serves to be efficient and thorough through all programming, processes, and operations. Efficient procedures and processes provide clarity for our members and support to make each member’s responsibilities easier than before. The more efficient we can be as a state association, the better we can set our membership up for success in all that they do.
